Five men have been arrested following a targeted online predator investigation conducted by the Noblesville Police Department.
Keyante Tompkins, 29, of Indianapolis; Jason Slyger, 44, of Fishers; Timothy Russell, 62, of Indianapolis; Jaziel Villegas-Villalobos, 40, of Indianapolis; and Dean Hittle, 39, of Celina, Ohio, face preliminary child solicitation charges.
Tompkins also faces preliminary charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and resisting law enforcement, and Slyger and Russell face preliminary charges of human trafficking.
All are in the Hamilton County Jail. Formal charges have not yet been filed.
During the week of Oct. 13-15, NPD carried out the investigation to identify and apprehend individuals seeking to exploit minors. According to police, numerous individuals communicated with NPD detectives even after being informed repeatedly they were interacting with someone underage.
Police said the five individuals were arrested after they allegedly arranged meetings and their actions demonstrated intent to engage in unlawful sexual activity with the perceived minor.
