ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) – A federal grand jury in Shreveport has returned an indictment charging Keith William Noce, 45, of Pineville, with use of a facility to attempt to cause a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity, according to U.S. Attorney Alexander C. Van Hook.
The indictment is a result of Operation Restore Justice, which is a nationwide initiative to locate and arrest child predators.

The indictment said Noce allegedly used a means of interstate commerce to knowingly try to persuade a minor under the age of 18 to engage in sexual activity between April 29 and May 1.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Western District of Louisiana, Noce and two other Louisiana suspects were charged last week following an operation by the FBI, Alexandria Police Department and Louisiana State Police.
If convicted, Noce could have a sentence of up to 10 years to life in prison and a fine of $250,000.
We reached out to the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office for a booking photo for Noce and we are waiting to hear back at this time.
