Terms Of Service For Realtors Of Cyber Protection

TERMS, AGREEMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS CYBER PROTECTING GIFTING

NOTICE TO ALL USERS: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONSTITUTES THE LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND NATIONAL CYBER SECURITY VENTURES, CORP.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT INITIATE THE CYBER PROTECTION SERVICES. BY SELECTING “I ACCEPT”, “OK”, “CONTINUE”, “YES” OR BY INITIATING THE CYBER PROTECTION IN ANY WAY, YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR A SINGLE ENTITY) ARE INDICATING YOUR COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH TOGETHER WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY, ANY PLAN OR FEATURE LIMITATION, PRODUCT/SERVICES DISCLAIMER OR OTHER RESTRICTIONS PRESENTED TO YOU IN THE CYBER PROTECTION CONSTITUTES (collectively, the “AGREEMENT”).

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, SELECT THE REJECTING OPTION AND DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO CYBER PROTECTION SOLUTION.

THE AGREEMENT CONTAINS PROVISIONS REQUIRING THAT YOU AGREE TO THE USE OF ARBITRATION TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES ARISING UNDER THE AGREEMENT RATHER THAN A JURY TRIAL OR ANY OTHER COURT PROCEEDINGS, AND TO WAIVE YOUR PARTICIPATION IN CLASS ACTION OF ANY KIND AGAINST NATIONAL CYBER SECURITY VENTURES, CORP.

CYBER PROTECTION IS A SOLUTION BY NATIONAL CYBER SECURITY VENTURES, CORP. (hereafter NCS).  NCS IS PARTNERS WITH SEVERAL CYBER SECURITY SOFTWARE AND SOLUTIONS PROVIDERS AS WELL AS WE DEVELOP AND MAINTAINING OUR OWN TECHNOLOGY.

REAL ESTATE AGENT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS, AGREEMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The Real Estate Agent (hereafter Agent) is a licensed by a state, province, or government entity in their country.
2. All subscriptions purchased any Agent are for their clients or have purchased, leased or rented a property from Agent within the last 6 months.
3. All Agents are forbidden to purchase subscriptions for anyone who is not a direct real estate client.
4. Agents can request a refund after 3 days.
5. Agents understand they are not responsible for installing, maintaining, monitoring, updating or providing client support on any Cyber Protection software installed by National Cyber Security.
6. Agents understand that subscriptions are for one year, from the date NCS installs Cyber Protection solutions on your client’s computers.
7. Agents are no required to resubscribe for their clients at the end of their one-year subscriptions.
8. Agents will receive 20% discount if their clients subscribe at the end of their one-year subscription
9. Agents are not responsible to client breaches.
10. Agents will not purchase, subscribe, market, gift and product or services that competes with Cyber Protection by National Cyber Security for 12 months.
11. Agents understands that the services offered at the time of purchase may have change.
12. Agent understands that NCS reserves the right to add and remove services

NATIONAL CYBER SECURITY AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS, AGREEMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. NCS decides what software and solutions to install the client’s computers and/or phones.
2. NCS is responsible for installing, maintaining, monitoring, updating or providing client support on any Cyber Protection software installed by National Cyber Security.
3. NCS does not hold Agents responsible if a client’s computer or phone has a data breach.
4. NCS reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
5. NCS reserves the right to ship T-shirts to client on a date NCS chooses after installing the Cyber Protection solution.
6. NCS will install Cyber Protection solutions on your client’s computers and phones within 30 days after your client’s request.

GENERAL TERMS

1. The provisions of these Terms are separable, the lack of validity of any provision will not affect the validity of any other provision. Your order and these Terms contain the whole agreement between Agents and NCS relating to the transactions contemplated by this agreement and supersedes all previous agreements between Agents and NCS relating to these transactions.
2. NCS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, notification of which will be posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Products or service after such notice has been posted constitutes Your acceptance of the changes. Any subsequent orders shall be subject to the revised terms and conditions.

COPYRIGHT

1. All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of National Cyber Security Ventures, Corp. or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content on this site, is strictly prohibited.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. The failure of any Cyber Protection by NCS to exercise any right described here will not be deemed a waiver of any further rights. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or modified to the extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
