The Duke of Sussex also called the court’s decision a “complete and obvious whitewashing of the facts.”

Associated Newspapers welcomed the court’s decision. Company chairman Paul Dacre stated that the lawsuit was baseless and should never have proceeded to a full hearing.

The Telegraph notes that Prince Harry has not yet announced whether he will appeal the court’s decision.
