Reclaim Security Names Stephen Wadsworth VP of Sales as Cybersecurity Shifts From Exposure Discovery | #hacking | #cybersecurity | #infosec | #comptia | #pentest | #ransomware

The cybersecurity industry has become increasingly capable of telling organizations what is wrong. Across endpoints, identities, cloud environments, email systems and browsers, security teams have access to an expanding stream of findings that can be investigated and prioritized.

For security leaders, however, identifying an exposure is only the beginning. The more difficult question is whether organizations can actually resolve those issues without disrupting the business.

Reclaim Security is positioning itself around that challenge. The company has appointed Stephen Wadsworth as Vice President of Sales, bringing in a cybersecurity sales leader with nearly two decades of experience to expand its U.S. go-to-market operation and support growing demand for automated exposure remediation.

Based in Boston, Wadsworth has spent his career in sales leadership roles at cybersecurity companies, including Threat Stack, Banyan Security and Cyolo. He was also an early sales leader at Luminate Security before its acquisition by Symantec and most recently led sales at Entitle through its acquisition by BeyondTrust.

Turning Security Findings Into Action

Reclaim’s platform is designed around the premise that security teams need more than visibility into their exposure.

Its AI Security Engineer continuously discovers exposures across endpoint, email, identity, browser and cloud environments. It then plans business-aware fixes and executes them across the existing security stack, with the company emphasizing remediation without disruption to business operations.

That approach places the emphasis on the final step in the security workflow: implementation.

“I’ve spent my career skating to where the puck is going,” said Wadsworth. “CISOs don’t need more security tools, they need more value from what they already pay for. Every CISO I’ve spoken to in the last 6–12 months is tired of being told they have more problems to fix. The market is hungry for outcomes. As adversaries increasingly abuse frontier models at scale, continuous, real-time prevention needs to be the focus — and Reclaim is built to turn findings into implemented fixes without disruption.”

The company says customers including Telit Cinterion, Pine Gate Renewables, Eastern Pacific Shipping and others are using Reclaim to turn lists of findings into implemented fixes. Reclaim says it typically demonstrates value within a 10-day proof of value.

A Sales Executive With a History of Building Categories

Wadsworth’s background gives Reclaim an executive who has previously worked at security companies during periods of significant corporate change.

At Luminate Security, he served as an early sales leader before the company was acquired by Symantec. More recently, he led sales at Entitle through its acquisition by BeyondTrust. His experience across multiple cybersecurity companies has centered on building revenue organizations at early-stage businesses.

That experience is now being applied to Reclaim’s U.S. expansion.

“Stephen has built the sales organizations behind some of the most consequential security companies of the last decade,” said Barak Klinghofer, co-founder and CEO of Reclaim Security. “The industry has spent ten years getting better at finding and prioritizing exposures and barely moved on fixing them. Visibility without remediation is noise. With Stephen leading sales, we’re scaling the team that fixes what everyone else only finds.”

The comments reflect the company’s broader view that exposure management has become increasingly weighted toward discovery and prioritization, while remediation has not kept pace.

Building Around Existing Security Investments

Reclaim’s strategy also reflects a desire to work with the security infrastructure enterprises already have rather than replace it.

The company describes itself as a preemptive exposure remediation provider, with its AI Security Engineer spanning endpoint, email, identity, browser, operating system and cloud environments. Its stated goal is to make existing security tools deliver more value by helping organizations act on the findings those tools generate.

That positioning arrives as Reclaim enters another stage of company growth. In March 2026, the company announced a $20 million Series A led by Acrew Capital, with participation from QP Ventures and Ibex Investors. The financing brought Reclaim’s total funding to $26 million.

The company has also published customer results involving Telit Cinterion, Pine Gate Renewables, Competitive Power Ventures, Aqua Security and others.

The Commercial Test Ahead

The appointment of Wadsworth puts a greater commercial focus behind Reclaim’s exposure remediation thesis. His responsibility will be to lead the company’s U.S. go-to-market efforts as it seeks to convert demand for automated remediation into a larger revenue operation.

For Reclaim, the opportunity is ultimately tied to a simple distinction. Finding a security exposure creates awareness, but fixing it creates an outcome. As the company scales its sales organization, it will be betting that enterprises are increasingly ready to measure their security investments by the second rather than the first.
