‘Sexual predator’ keeps exposing himself to groups of girls in Oakland County, police say | #childpredator | #kidsaftey | #childsaftey

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself to a group of young girls twice at a Rochester Hills shopping center.

It happened just before 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 29, 2025, outside the Shake Shack at 66 N. Adams Road and the Barnes & Noble Bookstore at 200 N. Adams Road in The Village of Rochester Hills.

A group of pre-teen girls told detectives that when they were sitting outside the Shake Shack, the suspect walked by and lifted his shirt.

When he did this, the girls saw that his zipper was down and he had exposed himself, according to the sheriff’s office.

A few minutes later, the girls moved in front of the Barnes & Noble store.

Authorities say the girls saw the same man and he lifted his shirt again, exposing his “privates.”

The girls allegedly yelled at the man the second time he did this, which caused him to quicken his pace, according to the sheriff’s office.

Several women nearby asked the group of girls if they needed help, and that’s when the man ran away through the open-air food court and into the parking lot.

He is described as being about 20 to 30 years old with blondish-brown hair. The man was last seen wearing sunglasses, a gray collared shirt and greenish-gray cargo shorts.

Authorities believe that this suspect may also be connected to a similar situation that happened in Auburn Hills earlier that day.

“We are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and apprehending this disturbing individual,” said Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard. “Repeatedly targeting young girls and exposing oneself is not only vile – it’s a serious crime. History has shown that this kind of behavior can escalate into even more dangerous acts, including sexual violence. Now is the time to intervene and stop it before it goes any further.”

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to contact the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office at 248-858-4950.
