Kettering Health Network is continuing to get more systems back online after a ransomware attack last month.The attack limited the network’s ability to access certain patient care systems across the organization.Kettering Health said its patients now have limited access to MyChart and that all surgeries have resumed, including scheduling for elective procedures.Patients should be able to see upcoming appointments, schedule new appointments, view prescriptions and test results, order refills and message their providers.”We are confident that our cybersecurity infrastructure and employee security training will effectively mitigate future risks,” a statement from Kettering Health said in part on Tuesday. “In addition, we are working diligently to identify what data was impacted. Our investigation is ongoing, and we will directly notify any impacted individuals. Notifications may include fraud protection resources, such as identity theft or credit monitoring.”
