The records vendor, Oracle Health, experienced a security issue that included TMH patient data, but the hospital says its current records system is not impacted.

In a statement, Oracle Health said a third party gained access in January, and they noticed it about a month later.
The organization said it delayed notifying patients about the breach so law enforcement could investigate, but they are now reaching out to individual patients.
