
EASTON, Md. – An undercover operation targeting child predators led to the arrest of three men.
44-year-old Jason Towers of Denton, 27-year-old Selvin Miranda-Miranda of Chester and 26-year-old Andrew Jenkins were arrested as a result of the operation and were charged with one count of Sexual Solicitation of a Minor.
According to the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office, starting the week of April 12th, an undercover operation targeted predators who were sexually exploiting children online.
Each of the individuals arrested engaged in sexually explicit and harmful communications with undercover officers.
They were all arrested after arriving to an agreed upon meeting spot in the Easton area.
Both Towers and Miranda-Miranda were ordered to be held without bond at the Talbot County Detention Center.
Jenkins was released on a $25,000 unsecured bond.
The operation was led by the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office.
