Trustifi has launched an AI-powered security training video feature for managed service providers, expanding its Security Awareness Training product.
The feature lets providers create training videos and simulations based on phishing emails their clients have received. Users can upload phishing messages, add screenshots, choose an audience, set a video length, and generate a video through a wizard built into Trustifi’s web application.
The module is designed to help managed service providers tailor security awareness material to incidents staff have actually encountered. Providers can also apply their own branding, or their customers’ branding, to finished videos.
Trustifi positions the feature as part of a broader push to combine employee education with threat prevention in a single system. The training video function sits in the same web application as its other email security and awareness tools, so administrators do not have to switch between separate products.
Training Focus
The updated Security Awareness Training offering includes more than 60 materials, including videos, quizzes, and awareness content. Topics include phishing, business email compromise, ransomware, multifactor authentication, and deepfakes.
Alongside phishing-related content, the product covers broader areas such as social engineering and data privacy practices. Administrators can also monitor which departments are more likely to click suspicious messages and assign follow-up training accordingly.
The launch reflects a wider effort across the cyber security market to make user training more specific to the threats companies face. Rather than relying only on generic awareness videos, vendors are increasingly building learning material around real incidents and attack patterns seen within an organisation.
For managed service providers, that approach could also make security training easier to deliver across multiple customers. Providers can extend access to the video creation wizard to client administrators, allowing them to produce videos on demand.
AI And Email Threats
Email remains a central route for cyber attacks, particularly as artificial intelligence tools make fraudulent messages easier to generate at scale. That trend has led security suppliers to add more automation to both threat detection and employee training.
Maor Dahan, chief technology officer at Trustifi, linked the launch directly to that shift in attacker behaviour.
“Attackers now use AI to generate highly believable, targeted emails at scale,” Dahan said.
He said the product gives providers a way to use the same technologies in training and simulations.
“With our AI-driven SAT flow, MSPs can fight AI with AI by turning real attacks into simulations and user training in a single click. This allows them to clearly differentiate their services, strengthen customer relationships and continuously reduce risk across their client base,” Dahan said.
Unified Dashboard
The module is integrated into a single dashboard that covers both security controls and employee education. Trustifi presents this as a way to simplify administration for service providers and internal IT teams that want to manage awareness activity alongside email protection.
The company focuses on inbound and outbound email security, with products aimed at managed service providers and IT departments. Its broader portfolio addresses phishing, ransomware, business email compromise, and data loss.
The latest addition shows how cyber security vendors are trying to make awareness training more operational and measurable. By tying lessons to messages users have already seen, providers are seeking to turn incident data into recurring training material rather than treating awareness as a separate annual exercise.
Administrators can identify which departments are most vulnerable to attacks and automatically assign follow-up training to the individuals who need it most.
