GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) -Two of the five alleged internet sex predators arrested by law officials appeared in court on July 22nd, 2025.

61-year-old Randy Abeyta, who was in court on Friday July 18th, was in court again for a bond hearing. During Abeyta’s court appearance, the court denied a bond modification.

Abeyta is set to appear in court for a review hearing on August 22nd.

23-year-old Bobby Quinn Adams of Grand Junction.

23-year-old Bobby Adams was also in court for a return filing of charges. Adams is set to appear in court for a review hearing on August 20th.

Abeyta and Adams were two of five people arrested after a three-day undercover operation which targeted suspected internet child sex predators in and around mesa county according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO).
