A man on the run for over six months has been added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders List. His history includes multiple counts of both sexual contact and sexual assault of children. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for any information leading to his arrest.
Christopher Domingo Carrillo Wanted in Texas
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has been searching for 39-year-old Christopher Domingo Carrillo since November 17, 2025. A warrant for his arrest was issued out of Potter County for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

In addition to this, several warrants for Carrillo’s arrest were also issued in December 2025. These were for two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact and five counts of child sexual assault.
Carrillo’s criminal history dates back to 2018 when he was convicted of indecency with a 13-year-old child by exposure and sexual contact. He was also charged with burglary of habitation in his past.
Christopher Domingo Carrillo is six feet two inches tall, weighs 165 pounds, and was last seen in Amarillo. Texas DPS is offering up to $5,000 as a reward for any information that could lead to Carrillo’s whereabouts.
