Aug. 6 (UPI) — A24 is teasing the new film Primetime.
The studio shared a full-length trailer for the movie Thursday featuring Robert Pattison as Chris Hansen, the real-life TV personality who hosted To Catch a Predator for Dateline NBC.
Primetime is a crime thriller exploring how To Catch a Predator, a TV segment where Hansen and his team would confront child predators on camera after setting up a sting, became hit television.
In the trailer, Hansen (Pattinson) is seen celebrating the show’s success, telling Merrit Weaver’s character, “It’s gonna be bigger than Lost!”
Skyler Gisondo, Phoebe Bridgers and Anna Faris also star in the film, directed by Lance Oppenheim (Ren Faire) and produced by Pattinson and Ari Aster.
Primetime opens in theaters Sept. 25.
