Officials with the airport say they are working with ‘X’ to fix the issue.

The X account, formerly known as Twitter, for the Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport has been hacked. Starting on Thursday, Jan. 15, the account started reposting posts mainly about cryptocurrency or even the capture of Maduro in Venezuela. The account has even been renamed @TheHodaLaw and the profile picture has the Hoda Law Firm in it with the cover photo providing a link to the Hoda website. The Hoda Law Firm is a Texas-based firm whose website says it specializes in “crypto scam recovery.”WISN 12 News anchor and investigative reporter Derrick Rose reached out to the firm about the hacking. The owner, Marshal Hoda, responded saying, “I have no idea what happened here. My firm represents victims of cryptocurrency-related scams in litigation against cybercriminals overseas. The only explanation I can think of is that one of our adversaries could have done this. But I don’t know why they would have done it, or why they would have chosen Mitchell Airport.
