Zscaler, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZS), the cybersecurity platform for the AI era, has introduced Zscaler Agentic SOC, a security operations approach designed to proactively reduce exposures, extend the capabilities of security teams, and contain AI-driven attacks at machine speed.

As threat actors increasingly use AI to accelerate attacks, traditional security operations models face growing challenges in correlating, investigating, and remediating threats quickly enough. Zscaler Agentic SOC is designed specifically for modern security operations, using an AI-first architecture to detect, investigate, and respond to threats at machine speed rather than simply adding AI capabilities to existing security tools.

The current threat environment is increasingly characterized by speed, stealth, and evasive techniques. Threatlabz, Zscaler’s global research team, has observed growing use of trusted websites to host attacks, legitimate remote management tools being abused by threat actors, and browser-based attack techniques. Zscaler Agentic SOC addresses these challenges by combining Zscaler telemetry, the world’s largest decoy mesh network, expert-validated AI agents, integrated Zscaler Zero Trust controls, and customers’ third-party security controls to identify threats earlier and automate containment.

Zscaler has partnered with leading frontier AI labs, including Anthropic and OpenAI, to power its Agentic SOC capabilities. Their frontier models are combined with Zscaler’s proprietary threat intelligence and zero trust telemetry to support AI agents capable of deeper reasoning, greater accuracy, and improved explainability compared with relying on a single model or methodology.

The platform also extends beyond threat detection. Through Zscaler’s open platform approach, security teams can integrate frontier models directly into their environments, ingest vulnerability findings, and incorporate those findings into existing SOC workflows.
