Police said the men drove to Westfield over the course of three days to meet with who they believed were young girls to have sex with them.
HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. — Eleven men have been arrested during an online child predator sting in Hamilton County.
According to the Hamilton County Metro ICAC Task Force, detectives with the task force, Greenwood and Lebanon police departments, in cooperation with the Westfield Police Department, arrested 11 men from Sept. 22-24.
Police said the men drove to Westfield over the course of three days to meet with who they believed were young girls to have sex with them. However, when the men got there, they were met with undercover officers instead.
Of the men arrested, the following have been officially charged:
- Sean Conway, 28 of Westfield
- Child solicitation (Level 4 felony)
- Attempted sexual misconduct with a minor (Level 4 felony)
- Ricardo Flores, 43, of Indianapolis
- Child solicitation (Level 4 felony)
- Attempted sexual misconduct with a minor (Level 4 felony)
- Three counts of dissemination of matter harmful to minors (Level 6 felony)
- David Jose Gomez Posada, 21, of Texas
- Promotion of sexual trafficking of a younger child (Level 3 felony)
- Child solicitation (Level 4 felony)
- Attempted sexual misconduct with a minor (Level 4 felony)
- El Hadji Babacar Ndiaye, 26, of Indianapolis
- Child solicitation (Level 4 felony)
- Attempted sexual misconduct with a minor (Level 4 felony)
- Lucky Udoudo, 30, of Carmel
- Child solicitation (Level 4 felony)
- Attempted sexual misconduct with a minor (Level 4 felony)
The other men were arrested haven’t been formally charged yet.

- A 41-year-old from Logansport
- A 31-year-old from Indianapolis
- A 25-year-old from Indianapolis
- A 49-year-old from Carmel
- A 36-year-old from Indianapolis
- A 38-year-old from Indianapolis
All suspects were taken to the Hamilton County Jail.
“With digital evidence as well as admissions by the suspects it was unmistakable that these men were at the location with the intent to sexually abuse children,” the Hamilton County Metro ICAC Task Force said in a news release. “The results of this operation solidify the need to be ever vigilant in the protection of our most vulnerable population.”

How to report suspect child sex abuse or child sexual abuse material
If you suspect a child is being sexually abused, report it to law enforcement immediately.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) refers to child sexual abuse material as any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor. NCMEC says these images and videos not only exploit victims of abuse but revictimize them each time it is shared and viewed.
