Gallagher Security spotlights integrated systems at ISC West

Gallagher Security used ISC West 2026 to showcase new products and discuss trends in integrated security systems. The Las Vegas event drew strong engagement from partners, end users and industry figures, according to the company.

At the trade show, Gallagher highlighted QuickSwitch, a platform designed to help customers move from older security systems to its software across access control, intrusion and perimeter security. It also promoted AccessNow, a cloud-based product linked to its Command Centre system for managing access and credentials.

Discussions at the stand pointed to changing customer priorities. Attendees were less focused on individual new features and more interested in how systems connect, how migrations can be simplified and how integrations can improve efficiency, Gallagher said.

Matt Butts, Executive Vice President – Americas, said those conversations reflected a wider shift in the market.

“Our conversations at ISC West reflected a broader shift we are seeing across the industry. There’s less interest in standalone features, and more focus on how everything connects; how data flows through a system, how it’s managed, and how much effort it takes to run day to day. That’s where we’re seeing the most value, and it’s where our integrated solutions are making a real difference,” said Matt Butts, Executive Vice President – Americas, Gallagher Security.

Product focus

QuickSwitch drew particular attention during the event. Gallagher described it as a migration tool for organisations replacing legacy systems, aimed at reducing the disruption and complexity often involved in security upgrades.

AccessNow also featured prominently in discussions with customers and partners. The system is designed to automate access and credential management, give users greater visibility over physical identity processes and reduce administrative work, according to Gallagher.

Both products align with a broader push by security suppliers to combine on-site and cloud-based tools in a single operating environment. For buyers, the commercial case increasingly depends on whether systems are easier to manage and can work with existing technology rather than require a full replacement.

Industry debate

Gallagher also took part in a debate on access control architecture at the event. Jeff Ogborn, Director of Complex Solutions, joined a live session examining open, multi-vendor platforms against integrated end-to-end systems.

The discussion focused on a long-running question in the security sector: whether customers are better served by mixing products from different suppliers or by using a more unified stack from a single provider. The issue has become more important as companies try to combine physical security data, automation and compliance requirements across broader operations.

“The ISC debate was a light-hearted opportunity for both of us to share our perspectives. It may not have changed the minds of those already set on one side or the other, but I think it helped highlight that both architectures have a place in security-as long as manufacturers stay focused on the real goal: addressing today’s security concerns while keeping an eye on evolving threats,” said Jeff Ogborn, Director of Complex Solutions, Gallagher Security.

Partner role

The company also used the event to host its Channel Partner Awards, recognising partners that work with Gallagher in the market. The gathering gave the business a chance to meet channel companies and customers in person, as vendors across the security industry continue to rely on partner networks to sell, install and support increasingly complex systems.

Trade shows such as ISC West remain an important venue for building those relationships, even as product demonstrations and customer engagement increasingly move online. For security suppliers, these events offer a concentrated setting to test market sentiment, gather feedback on product direction and discuss buying priorities with installers, resellers and end users.

Butts said the event remains central to the company’s work with its network.

“ISC West continues to be a key moment for the industry. For us, it’s about bringing our partners, customers, and team together, recognizing the great work being done in market and strengthening the relationships that drive long-term success. That connection is what turns strategy into real-world outcomes,” said Butts.
