A sexual predator in Northern Virginia who preyed on underage “slaves” for more than a year to have them “serve” and “please” him will no longer be given orders after being sentenced to decades in prison.
Chantilly resident Michael Logan Bourne, 55, who used an anonymous Google account with a curious name to target at least six girls between the ages of 13 and 17, has been sentenced to 27 years in prison after being convicted late last year of sexually exploiting the teens.
According to court records and evidence presented at trial, between at least February 2022 and April 2023, Bourne, using the alias “lordromance2021,” engaged in sexually explicit conduct on live webcams.
Prosecutors say that Bourne groomed the girls, inundating them with sexual messages, including sexually graphic pictures and a video of himself. He then pressured them to reciprocate and join him on video calls, “even when they expressed discomfort.”
He also received child sexual abuse materials from at least two of his victims.
Bourne knew that several of his victims suffered from serious mental health issues, making them more susceptible to his coercion.
“Bourne sexually exploited his victims online, knowing full well that they were vulnerable minors,” Reid Davis, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Washington Field Office’s Criminal Division, previously said.
“His conviction is a testament to the work that our Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force and our law enforcement partners do day in and day out to apprehend child predators and secure justice for victims of online child sexual exploitation.”
