A SERIAL CHILD predator has asked an American court for ‘the Meta deal’ as he seeks to avoid all serious sanctions and prison sentences normally associated with his heinous crimes.
“No judge, no prison for me, I’ll have what they’re having,” serial predator Jason Boudamn Smyth Jr told the court, as he pointed to a news article detailing how Meta simply have to pay a fine for endangering children on their social media platforms and exposing them to child predators.
“Just think of me like a multinational social media company, jail doesn’t exist for the people running that apparently, so I’ll just be taking a fine thank you,” added Smyth Jr, to a flummoxed judge who felt they had no choice but to rule in agreement with the defendant.
Smyth also urged the judge to consider a fine on the same scale as the $942 million fine issued by a New Mexico court in a landmark ruling against Meta.
“So if Meta’s current accumulated profits total $184 billion, and I earn $75k a year, a proportional fine of $450 is the only one I’ll accept for my heinous crimes,” Smyth concluded writing a cheque before walking out of the court a free man.
