Agile Defense has named Carrie Supko vice president of homeland security, strengthening its leadership team as the government technology contractor expands its portfolio supporting federal civilian agencies with cybersecurity, digital transformation and artificial intelligence solutions.
Supko will lead the company’s homeland security business unit, working closely with growth and delivery teams to oversee existing programs while pursuing new opportunities across the federal homeland security market. The appointment follows a year of expansion for Agile Defense’s homeland business, including recent contract wins with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
The leadership addition comes as federal agencies continue investing in digital modernization, cybersecurity and AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and strengthen mission-critical systems. Contractors with expertise across multiple technology disciplines are increasingly positioning themselves to capture opportunities as agencies modernize IT infrastructure while addressing evolving national security and public service requirements.

Supko brings 25 years of experience leading business growth and operational initiatives across the federal civilian, intelligence and defense sectors. Her career has focused on expanding government technology portfolios while supporting agencies with complex information technology and cybersecurity requirements.
Before joining Agile Defense, Supko held leadership positions at several government contracting firms, including Peraton and CACI, where she led business development and capture efforts across the federal civilian market. She also served as vice president and a member of the executive leadership team at Allyon, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives designed to support mission-critical government programs.
Throughout her career, Supko has managed complex technology portfolios while helping organizations translate long-term growth strategies into operational execution. Her experience spans pipeline development, program oversight and customer engagement across agencies responsible for homeland security, intelligence and other federal missions.
In her new role, she is expected to focus on expanding Agile Defense’s homeland security business while supporting delivery across existing contracts and strengthening the company’s competitive position in the federal marketplace.
Supko holds a bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s certification in project management from the university.
