The hacker group DenuvOwO, together with user voices38, has completed the cracking of all existing single-player games with Denuvo anti-piracy protection. The final step was the release of four hypervisor bypasses for EA Sports sports simulators. Currently, there is not a single uncracked single-player game left on the market. Repacker FitGirl publicly congratulated the team on this achievement.
Over the past two months, hackers have released over 115 patches to successfully bypass virtual machine-level protection. Experts regularly updated their hacks to adapt them to new game versions and paid add-ons. Previous expert forecasts predicted a steady increase in the number of protected games. The use of the hypervisor-based bypass method has radically changed the digital content market.
Massive hacks are forcing major game publishers to abandon Denuvo integration in their new titles.
