TARCOG and the Marshall County Council on Aging are hosting a free Fraud and Scam Summit in Guntersville.
Residents from North Alabama will get the chance to learn more about the increasing risks from financial fraud that older Americans face. The summit will cover topics like cybersecurity, financial scams, and consumer fraud.
The event takes place Aug. 25 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the RSVP building on 19272 U.S. Highway 431 in Guntersville.
